To create an oklaro account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) oklaro account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your oklaro account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
oklaro will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP via any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to oklaro support immediately.
You must notify oklaro immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. oklaro shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
oklaro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine banks may also be accepted where available.
oklaro does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempts to fund your oklaro account via prohibited payment methods will be rejected and may trigger a compliance review.
All transactions on the oklaro Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). oklaro does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. oklaro reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds may be updated from time to time; the current thresholds are displayed on the oklaro Platform at the time of transaction.
oklaro may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
oklaro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, oklaro reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. oklaro's decision in such matters is final.
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, including in live dealer game chat functions. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward oklaro staff or other players will result in immediate account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any oklaro content without prior written permission from oklaro.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oklaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
oklaro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oklaro account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oklaro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. oklaro makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
oklaro is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You may close your oklaro account at any time by contacting oklaro support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
oklaro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the oklaro Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oklaro Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
